Pouget Bernard was born in 1956 in Clermont-Ferrand,France. He attended the scientific secondary school and after the school of applied Arts in 1977. He then attended the Institut Universitaire de Technologie (University Institute of Technology-section trades and advertising) in 1980. Bernard Pouget is a complete creative artist: his radius of action covers both the painting and the graphic arts, advertising and the applied arts.
